Layered Lenses.

This piece was part of a series of experimentations using the same found material I used to create the resin sculpture series. The grating was heated and molded into form over a hand-formed foam block; then, vacuum forming multiple sheets. Using colored resin and dichroic film I achieved optical variances as you move around the piece.
